Our first flu shot clinic is open to anyone in the community and will be held at the Ninth Grade Campus on September 16^th from 3:30-7:00 pm. Be sure to bring your ID and insurance card to this clinic.

During the week of September 21^st Weatherford ISD will also host flu shot clinics at every campus. 

Lynn Pool, Executive Director for Student Services said, “Weatherford ISD’s partnership with the Parker County Hospital District in offering these shot clinics makes protecting your child against the flu safe, easy, and convenient.  The flu is serious, but it is also preventable – and the flu vaccine is the best way to protect your family from this illness.” 

Parents wishing to have their children vaccinated will need to complete the attached consent form and return it to their child’s campus – or – bring it with them to one of the scheduled clinics within the district.  Parents do not have to be at the school for the student to have their vaccine as long as the permit is completed and returned to the school nurse prior to the clinic.
